What Do We Have To Share - Richard Quinn

What do we have to share?

We have to share what we have with others. So the question is: What do we have to share? We are to share the word of the Lord. John 8:31 and 32 says: If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed: and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. This is saying we are called to walk in his word, when we are doing this, we are his disciples. We will be able to go out to a lost and dying world, to evangelize the word of life, the word of hope. We have the truth through his word and the truth will bring freedom.

John 8:12 says: I am the light of the world, he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. We are called to share his life. We are called to be a beacon of light, and called to be the light to the nations. We are called to be a witness and a testimony for Yeshua. Matthew 5:16 says: Let you light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven. We are called to go into the kingdom of darkness and bring the lost into the kingdom of light. So that they can be born again, saved and set free from their adversary. The word we share will bring the freedom that the world needs so desperately. All we have to do is share the light of life that Yeshua has given us.

Not everyone is called to be in the five fold ministry, but we are all commissioned to be a disciple for Yeshua. For YHWH has given all of us his word to equip us to do the will of the father. Just as Yeshua did when he walked on earth. All that he did, we will do. John 14:12 says: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall He do also, and greater works than these shall he do, because I go unto my father. We have to be ready in season and out of season because we don’t know when YHWH will use us to minister. That is why it is so important for us to become students of the word. To meditate on the word day and night. To be ready when he calls us to share the word of life.
